PEP Systems can now provide our customers with Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA) for faster reconciliation!
You no longer need to chase your payers for ERA applications, complete complex forms, or follow technical instructions
to download your ERAs. Simply sign up for the service and PEP will send your ERAs to your pharmacy. Then upload
all of your remittance advices into your AccuTrack system in a matter of seconds! It's that simple!

Will I save enough time time to justify the service costs?

YES! In a recent survey of PEP Systems' customers, over 95% of respondents stated that they were Very Interested
in converting to ERAs. Respondents stated that they did not have the time to chase their third party payers for the
applications. Others stated that they did not have the technical knowledge to download the ERAs.

We currently offer over 200 PBM plans, including 50 plus Medicare Part D plans. PEP Systems can help you recieve the

So how do I get started?

The first step is to sign-up for the service by calling your sales representative at 866-477-3679. After you have
signed up, you will receive informational packet and grant us permission to contact your payers. Within 30-90 days,
you will begin recieving your ERAs into your Insurance Reconciliation System. Yes, it is that easy!
